RouteBot provides school transportation software for school districts, transportation companies, and student transportation operators. The platform can automatically distribute thousands of students across routes based on geography, vehicle capacity, and timing constraints, calculate pickup times for each student, and assign drivers based on their location and availability.

Once routes are ready, parents and drivers can receive route and service information by SMS and push notifications. Drivers use the mobile app to navigate from stop to stop as they collect students. Parents can follow the vehicle live from their phones and receive notifications as it approaches their stop.

Designed for fast and easy adoption, RouteBot does not require a lengthy implementation or training process. Its modern, user-friendly interface allows transportation teams to get started without specialized training or additional training fees. Existing student, vehicle, driver, and route data can be imported rather than manually re-entered, and our team can handle the initial data setup. Even large operations with thousands of students can have their core operational data brought into the system in as little as one day.

Route optimization, student-to-route assignment, driver and vehicle scheduling, pickup time calculation, navigation, live tracking, parent communication, and day-to-day transportation management all come together in one system.

Today, RouteBot serves transportation operations across 11 countries, including the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
