EVSS® is a standalone application that runs on a standard x86 platform and transforms it to a mobile DVR device. While EVSS® can operate independent of CMSS®, EVSS® features are greatly enhanced when integrated with CMSS® to create a homogeneous security environment. EVSS® has a recording feature that can record up to 4 cameras in a standard law enforcement vehicle; however, it is designed to support more cameras and other advanced features for the transit market.
