AngelTrax Bus Video sponsors fishing tournament

NEWTON, AL - July 2, 2009 --  AngelTrax Bus Video was the proud sponsor of the Georgia Association for Pupil Transportation (GAPT) fishing tournament which was held on June 25, 2009.

This year GAPT held its 45th Annual Conference and Trade Show June 22 – 25 on the grounds of Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA. The fishing tournament was held at Mountain Creek Lake located on the premises of Callaway Gardens.  There were over 300 confirmed attendees at the conference, which yielded 24 two-person teams who competed in the sponsored tournament. This year was the first fishing tournament and it took place on the last day of the show, which is traditionally family/activity day.

Two prizes were awarded -- one for the most fish caught and another for the largest fish. Danny Roundtree from the Washington County School District caught the largest fish for the day with a 1 pound Bluegill. The team that brought in the most fish for the day was Kevin Richardson and Lee Dendy from Walker County Schools, catching 17 fish total. In accordance with tournament regulations, all fish were required to be kept alive after capture until the end of the event when they would be released.
